PT. Graphic Control

PT. Graphic Control is a national company which also holds a license from the IRtek International and Constant Instruments groups based in Australia, the clean water and drinking water division with the WIL (Water is Life) brand. WIL products with a production license are held by PT. Graphic Control for local machine production :

  • RO, BWRO (Brackish Water RO), and SWRO (Sea Water RO)
  • Mineral water with ultra-filtration system
  • Humidity to water generator (Aquair)
  • Electrichlorinator
  • Ozone and UV disinfectant for water

All above machines have 70-80% local content exceeding thus guaranteeing faster and more certain after-sales.

Quality Control / Assurance

PT. Graphic Control has a test laboratory for measuring instruments and calibration systems with traceability to Australia’s NATA (National Accreditation Testing Authority). All products will go through inspection, both visual, electrical, and measurement tests before being sent to customers.

Every product sold will include a Test Certificate according to the serial number / barcoding. Our products have spare parts availability in major cities in Indonesia and are supported by our professional team.
